Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@cellarcollective.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the receipt of your returned item, along with the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your wine, we can only process exchanges for products of equal value. Please reach out to hello@cellarcollective.com to submit your request.

Refund Process

Upon approval of your return, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 30 days. If the goods being returned are unopened and resellable (subject to assessment upon collection), the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Cellar Collective will cover the cost of returning and collecting the goods. However, if multiple collection attempts are made and you are not present, any additional charges from the courier will be your responsibility. If the returned goods are opened or damaged, a refund will not be granted, and the items will either remain with Cellar Collective or be returned to you.

Defective or Corked Wine

If you open the goods and find that the wine is not consumable (e.g., corked), you may request a return. In such cases, please ensure the wine is sealed to preserve its current state. Our couriers will collect the corked wine, which will then be sent to our distributors for a professional wine tasting assessment. If the wine is found to be corked or unfit for consumption due to manufacturer or distributor error, you will receive a full refund for both the goods and the original shipping charges.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If the issue persists, reach out to your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund appears.

If you've followed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@cellarcollective.com. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
