Promotion Rules

Promotion Rules for "Win a Luxurious Wine Getaway to Champagne!"

Eligibility:

• Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
• Participants must be residents of a country where such promotions are legally permitted.
• Employees and relatives of employees of Cellar Collective and partner wineries are not eligible to participate.
• Participation is open only to subscribers of the following plans: The Wine Seeker, The Wine Voyager, The Wine Maestro, or The Wine Savant.

Entry Requirements:

• Participants must have an active subscription to one of the eligible plans (The Wine Seeker, The Wine Voyager, The Wine Maestro, or The Wine Savant) for a minimum of six months.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.

Promotion Period:

• The promotion starts on March 1, 2025, and ends on January 1, 2026.

Selection of Winner:

• The winner will be selected using a random number generator during a live draw event.
• The live draw will take place on January 5, 2026.
• The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of the announcement, otherwise, a new winner may be selected.

Prize Details:

• The prize includes a 4-day trip for two to Champagne, France.
• Includes round-trip flights, accommodation in a boutique hotel, exclusive winery tours, a Michelin-starred dining experience, and cultural activities.
• The trip will be scheduled on a mutually agreed-upon date between the winner and Cellar Collective, subject to availability.

General Conditions:

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the organizer, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion.
• Cellar Collective reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Privacy & Publicity:

• Participants agree to allow Cellar Collective to use their names, images, and comments for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where lawful.
• All personal information collected will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

Liability:

• Cellar Collective is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or related to participation in the promotion or the prizes awarded.

How to Claim the Prize:

• The winner will be notified via email and must provide a valid ID for verification.
• All details regarding travel, accommodation, and itinerary will be communicated to the winner once verification is complete.
